The state of Qatar says Iran will resume diplomatic relations with Iran, and its ambassador to return to Tehran, Iran, will be sent back to the capital.Foreign Minister of Qatar Mohamed Bin Abdul Rahman Al Tani, was sent to the Iranian capital, Tehran, to strengthen his diplomatic ties that lasted for 20 months.
